From the website -

  • Log into Cinch account
  • From Dashboard, select player
  • From player profile, select [MORE]
  • In upper right corner, select blue [ADD PROGRAM] button
  • System will autofill player information (name, birthday, gender)
  • Choose [Organization] and select from drop down list 
  • Choose [Program] and select desired program from list
  • Choose [Division] - system will have one option based on birthday/gender
  • System will have you verify address 
  • Select and approve any waivers
  • Upload birth certificate 
  • From payment page [Select Payment Options] - choose desired plan from list
  • If you have a Discount Code, enter in the Code field.   
  • Enter credit card info.
  • Verification email will be sent.


From the phone APP:

  • Download or Update to the latest version of the Cinch App from the App Store (Or Google Play for Androids)
  • Log into Cinch Account
  • From Dashboard, select player profile 
  • From player profile, select [+New Program]
  • [Select Organization] - from list 
  • [Select Program] - from listed programs
  • Sign any required waivers
  • Upload birth certificate 
  • Choose Payment Method (enter new card here)
  • Choose 6 month Payment Plan.
  • Enter Discount Code if Code field if using a discount code.
